SHERRY is purebred Arab mare, 14hh, aged, and in very good condition.  She has been a much loved member of our family for 16 years, and very sadly it is time to find a retirement home for her.   Sherry is suitable for light work with light riders, either children or small adult. She is very quiet to handle, easy to keep and is  forward moving.

 In her prime, Sherry  carried each of our girls to many successes in Pony Club competition, dressage, jumping, novelties and endurance, however her days of very active riding are now limited.  Sherry will make an ideal pony to love, groom and ride a little.  She is easy to catch, brush, rug and does not kick or bite.  We keep her barefoot now and she is easy to trim.  Teeth and worming attended to regularly.  For the past few years, Sherry has been called into service for pony rides for beginners and needs no working down.  She is a very even tempered pony and a willing worker.  

Sherry does have a couple of eccentricities, but for a knowledgable handler,  these will not cause any problems.  Sherry has been such an amazing, versatile, gentle lady all her life! A valued member of our family; we have been privileged to know her.  Now it is time for Sherry to work her wonders with a new family who can provide her with all the comforts she's been used to!  It is our wish that Sherry go to the best possible home.
